Refund Policy

Thank you for enrolling in a Smart Bit Computers online/offline course. We strive to meet your expectations to our best.

The access to a SmartBit online/offline course will be granted only upon full payment of the course fees.

Individual Courses

In the event that you wish to discontinue your enrollment in the SmartBit online/offline course, you may seek a refund of the Fees provided that on info@smartbit.in, the request for refund may be made within a period of 8 days of payment of the Fees then within 10 working days you will get your fees refunded subject to the condition that you have not completed more than 3 lessons of the course in which case your request for refund of the Enrollment Fees will be rejected.

SmartBit Computers, reserves the right to refuse any request for refund if:

1. You have accessed or downloaded the videos or reading materials or both, for more than 3 Lessons of the course.
2. Videos or the reading material or both, from the course have been found to have been circulated externally by you without the authorization or permission of SmartBit Computers.
3. You have engaged in any conduct deemed to be objectionable on the common forum of discussions of the online/offline course.
4. You have made more than one request for refund in the 8 days period preceding the refund request.

Super Saver
In the event that you wish to discontinue your enrollment in the SmartBit online/offline course, you may seek a refund of the Fees provided that, the request for refund may be made within a period of 02 working days of payment of the Enrollment in which case your request for refund of the Fees will be rejected.
